Our story
Started because good software should not be a gamble
Too many businesses have a story about a project that ran late, cost double and left them with code nobody could maintain. That experience is common enough to be a cliché, and it is entirely avoidable.
AKASH Tech Inc. was incorporated federally in Canada on 24 August 2026 to do the unglamorous things properly: scope the work honestly before quoting, price it in writing, show progress every two weeks, write code the next developer can read, and hand over everything at the end.
We are based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, and work with clients across Canada and the United States — from single-founder businesses replacing a spreadsheet to established companies modernising a system they have outgrown.

About us

The company was founded by Akash Mangalbhai Thakor, who serves as Director. It is a federally incorporated Canadian corporation registered under the Canada Business Corporations Act with corporation number 1819122-1, with its registered office at 19-266 Pinehouse Place, Saskatoon, SK S7K 4X1.
We are a small, senior studio and we are open about that. For larger builds we bring in vetted specialist contractors — designers, mobile engineers, DevOps — who work under our project management, to our standards, with us accountable for the result. You always have one point of contact.
Lower overheads, senior people actually doing the work, and decisions made in a day rather than a fortnight. The trade-off is that we take on a limited number of projects at a time. If we cannot give a project the attention it needs, we will tell you rather than stretch ourselves thin.
Yes. Every engagement runs under a written agreement covering scope, payment schedule, intellectual property, confidentiality and warranty. We are happy to sign your NDA or our own before detailed discussions, and we can provide corporate documentation for vendor onboarding.
