Not usually in year one, and often yes by year three or four — particularly once per-seat pricing scales with your headcount. The stronger argument is fit: if you are paying for software and still running the real process in a spreadsheet beside it, you are paying twice. We will do that comparison with you honestly, including the case for staying on the product you have.
Yes, and it is usually the most underestimated part of the project. We profile your current data first, surface the duplicates and inconsistencies nobody has looked at in years, agree cleaning rules with you, and run the migration repeatedly in a staging environment until it is boring. Go-live is a rehearsal we have already done.
It will. We build with the parts most likely to change — rules, rates, workflow steps, form fields — configurable rather than hard-coded, so you can adjust them yourself. For structural changes, a phased roadmap and clean code keep the cost proportional to the change.
