These Terms of Service govern your use of the website at akash-tech.online, operated by AKASH Tech Inc., a corporation incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act (corporation number 1819122-1). By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Services and separate agreements
This website describes services we offer. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a binding quotation or a guarantee of availability. Any engagement to provide services is governed by a separate written agreement, statement of work or proposal signed by both parties. Where anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement prevails.
3. Pricing and estimates on this site
Prices, ranges and timelines published on this website are indicative guidance to help you plan. They are not quotations. A binding price is provided only in a written proposal following a scoping discussion, and is valid for the period stated in that proposal.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or connected systems
- Introduce malware, or interfere with the operation or security of the site
- Scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or contact details, including for training automated systems, without our written permission
- Submit false information, impersonate another person, or send unsolicited commercial messages through our forms
- Reproduce, republish or redistribute substantial portions of our content without permission
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, layout, design, graphics, logos, code and their arrangement — is owned by AKASH Tech Inc. or used with permission, and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark law. You may view, download and print pages for your own internal, non-commercial reference. All other use requires our written consent.
Work produced for clients is different. Under our standard engagement terms, intellectual property in custom deliverables transfers to the client on final payment. Pre-existing components, open-source libraries and our internal tooling remain governed by their own licences. The specifics are set out in each engagement agreement.
6. Third-party links and content
This website links to and embeds content from third parties, including an embedded map. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it. A link is not an endorsement, and your use of a third-party service is governed by that party's own terms and privacy policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saskatchewan, subject to any non-waivable rights you have as a consumer in your own jurisdiction.
13. General
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any signed engagement agreement, form the entire agreement between us regarding this website.
