We are honest with clients, which only works if we are honest internally first. That means realistic estimates, admitting when something is harder than expected, and no pretending a deadline is achievable because saying so is uncomfortable.
You will work directly with clients — scoping, demoing, explaining. If you want to be handed tickets and left alone, this is not the right studio. If you want to understand why you are building something and have a say in how, it probably is.
Work from wherever you are in Canada. If you are in Saskatoon and want a desk, we will sort one out.
We quote realistic timelines so we do not need crunch to meet them. Evenings and weekends belong to you.

We are a young studio and we hire as the work justifies it rather than in waves. The roles below are the ones we recruit for — we read every application and keep strong ones on file, so it is worth writing even when nothing is posted as urgent.
You are comfortable across a React or Vue front end and a Node, Python or PHP back end, you write tests for the parts that matter, and you can explain a technical trade-off to a client without condescension.
You have shipped apps to both stores, you know where cross-platform frameworks get awkward, and you have opinions about offline synchronisation that were earned the hard way.
You design interfaces that work, not just interfaces that photograph well. You can run a usability session, defend a decision with a reason, and build a component library a developer can actually implement.
You believe infrastructure belongs in version control, deployments should be boring, and a backup nobody has restored is not a backup.
