It depends entirely on scope, so we never quote blind. As a rough guide: a professional marketing site with a CMS typically starts around CAD $4,000; a web application with user accounts, dashboards and integrations usually sits in the CAD $15,000–$60,000 range; a mobile app with a backend generally starts near CAD $25,000. After a free discovery call we give you a written fixed-price quote so there are no surprises.
A brochure website is usually 3–5 weeks. A first releasable version of a web or mobile application is typically 8–16 weeks. We break every project into two-week sprints and show you working software at the end of each one, so the timeline stays visible rather than being a promise you have to take on faith.
Yes. On final payment, full intellectual property in the custom code, designs and content we produce transfers to you, and we hand over the repository, the infrastructure accounts and the documentation. We do not hold your product hostage, and there is no lock-in to us as a supplier.
Yes. We are based in Saskatoon and work with clients across Canada and the United States. Most collaboration happens over video calls, shared boards and email, and we keep overlapping hours with North American time zones. For clients in and around Saskatoon we are happy to meet in person.
Every build includes 30 days of post-launch support for fixes and small adjustments. After that you can move onto a monthly care plan covering hosting, security updates, backups, monitoring and a block of development hours — or simply call us when you need something. There is no obligation to stay on a retainer.
Often, yes. We start with a paid technical audit of the existing codebase and infrastructure, then give you a straight assessment: what is salvageable, what needs rewriting and what it will cost either way. If the honest answer is that a rebuild is cheaper than a rescue, we will tell you that.
